required by law, and that the proceeds arising from said sale shall be by him
applied, first, to the payment of this suit, including the sale, and second, to the Solicitors of
complainant of the said sum found to be due and owing to the complainant under this
decree and the interest thereon, and third, to the payment of the residue, if any, to the Defendants
in this suit. But should the said proceeds, after deducting therefrom the said costs and
the amount decreed herein to be payable, be insufficient to pay the said amount decreed to be
paid in full, that then and execution at law do issue in favor of the Complainant and
against the defendant for such deficiency. And that the said Master do make prompt
report of his acts hereunder.

of Annie L. Barton deceased and E.S Taylor            } Final Decree
                             This cause coming on to be heard finally, upon
the pleadings proofs and Master's report and having been argued by
counsel for the respective parties hereto, and the Court being advised in the
premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered, adjudged and
decreed as follows to wit:
1st That that certain final Judgment described in the bill in this cause
for the sum of four hundred, sixty six and 32/100 dollars, together with
seven and 57/100 dollars, costs thereof, and entered up on the 4th day of December
AD 1883 in a certain cause then pending in the circuit of Florida, Fifth
Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County wherein Annie L. Barton and
D. Warren L. Barton her husband were plaintiffs and John W. Hudson was
defendant recorded upon the public records of Alachua County, Florida
in Minute book "E" at page 284 thereof, together with the default Judgment
upon which said final Judgment was predicated, and also the 
Execution issued upon said final Judgment and all proceedings had and
taken under and by virtue of said " final Judgement are all and each of
them herein and hereby decreed to be null and void and of no effect, and
the clerk of this court is authorized and directed to enter marginal notes
where the same are recorded canceling the same and each of them,
referring in such notes to this decree.
2nd That all proceedings under said void default Judgment and
Execution thereon are herein and hereby forever and perpetually enjoined
and restrained.
3rd That that certain deed of conveyance attached to the bill in this
