cause as Exhibit "D" dated September 7th 1896, Executed by H.M. Tillis as sheriff
of Alachua County Florida purporting to convey to the defendant, E.S. Taylor,
lot number Eight (8) in block number two (2) of range number two (2) being a
part of the eastern division of the City of Gainesville Alachua County, Florida, said
deed being predicated upon said void Judgment and execution and recorded
upon the public records of Alachua County, Florida, in deed Book 46 page 219
be and the same is herein and hereby adjudged and decreed to be null and
void and of no effect, and the Clerk of this court is herein and hereby authorized
and directed to enter marginal notes where the same is recorded showing
a cancellation thereof; and the said defendant, the said E.S. Taylor is
perpetually enjoined and restrained from in any way interfering with
the said complainant, John W. Hudson, in the possession of said property
under and by virtue of the said deed to the said defendant.
4th That the defendant do pay the costs of this suit, to be taxed up by
the Clerk of this Court.
  Done and ordered at chambers, at Ocala, Florida, on this 6th day of
June AD 1898

Charles A. Spence } Final Decree
                This cause came on this day to be heard and it appearing to
the Court from the evidence taken in said cause that the charge of habitual
intemperance on the part of defendant as charged in the bill filed in said
cause is true it is therefore adjudged ordered and decreed by the Court that
the marriage heretofore solemnized between the Complainant Anna D. Spence and
the defendant Charles A. Spence be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the said parties are and each of them is freed from the obligations thereof
And it is further adjudged ordered and decreed that the defendant Charles
A. Spence pay the costs of this suit
Done and ordered in chambers at Ocala Florida this 10th day of June AD 1898
