              The above cause came on to be heard on mo-
tion of Complainant's Solicitor and was argued, and after
consideration it is ordered that John F. Bartleson be and he is
appointed as a Receiver as prayed in said bill upon his giving
bond with two good sureties in the sun of One Thousand Dollars
conditioned for the faithful discharge of his duties as Receiver and
his accounting for and payment of all moneys and property which
may come into his possession as such Receiver, said bond to be
approved by H.C. Denton Clerk Circuit Court of Alachua County
Florida and upon the giving of such bond and its approval as
herein directed, then the Receiver shall take into his possession
custody and control all of the Refrigerators goods, chores in action
properly and effects and money belonging to the late firm of Jacob
Hamburger Company, recently in possession of Jacob Hambur-
ger in Alachua County Florida and wherever the property
above described may be found in the State of Florida and also
the money in the First National Bank of Gainesville Florida
to the credit of Jacob Hamburger, and to take charge of any
money, property or effects in the hands of L.W. Fennell as
administrator of the Estate of said Jacob Hamburger, deceased,
and to collect the amounts due said Jacob Hamburger Company,
and it is further ordered that the Complainant in this cause
do give bond in the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars payable
to L.W. Fennell as administrator of the Estate of Jacob Ham-
burger, conditioned to pay all costs and damages the said defendant
may sustain in case this order for Receiver shall be revoked or
this bill dismissed.
