                            Order of reference.
 This cause coming on to be heard and the respective parties by
their Counsel agreeing thereto, and the Court being advised in the
premises thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered ad-
judged and decreed that the said cause be and the same is 
herein and hereby referred to J.A. Ammons, Esq., a practicing
Attorney at the Bar at Gainesville, Florida, as a Special Master
in Chancery to take the Testimony and make an accounting and
         report
finding and^to this Court in conformity to the Statute and rules of
practice in such cases.
            Done and ordered at Chambers, at Ocala Florida this 20th
day of June, A.D. 1898.

                   This cause came on this day to be heard
upon the report of Bryant D. Hiers Special Master herein, and
upon Motion of complainant for confirmation thereof, it is ordered
that the said report be and the same is hereby confirmed, and the
proceedings of the Special Master herein be and the same are hereby
confirmed, and the said sale is hereby confirmed.
It is further ordered that the said Bryant D. Hiers, Special Master
in Chancery, execute bill of sale to said property conveyed to W.T.
Adams Machine Company, at and for the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars ($1500.), the amount bid; and that it further appearing
that the Complainant has agreed with the defendants for
settlement of the deficiency herein, and that no judgment should
be entered herein against the said defendants, it is ordered by the Court.
Done and ordered at Chambers in Ocala, Florida, this 11th day of June AD 1898
