to whom he may have made payments, as aforesaid and file the same together 
with his report of sale in this court; and that, in case the said premises shall
sell for more than sufficient to pay the principal and interest, cost, and
commissions, and solicitors fees as aforesaid then that said Special Master after
making payments as aforesaid, turn the said surplus over to the defendants J.A.
Crosby and T.K. Crosby, taking their receipt therefor. It is further ordered adjudged
and decreed, that the defendants and all persons claim by through or under them
be forever barred and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption in and to the said
premises; and that the said defendant T.K. Crosby be forever barred and foreclosed
of and from all Dower or right to Dower or separate Estate in and to said Mortgaged
premises or any part thereof. That the said Special Master report his proceedings
in the premises to the Court as soon after said sale as practicable.
It is further ordered that Horatio Davis Esq a practicing attorney at law be, and
he is hereby appointed Special Master in chancery to make the said sale of the said
mortgaged premises and to carry out the provisions of this decree.

Jacob Hamberger deceased }
                This cause coming on this day to be heard on the
answer of Joseph Tinsley to the rule served upon him to show cause why
he should not be attached for contempt of Court for refusing to deliver to
the Receiver in said cause the refrigerators in his possession the property
of Jacob Hamberger Company, and upon consideration thereof it is adjudged
ordered and decreed that the said turn over to the said Receiver all such
refrigerators now in the State of Florida that were not in the State of
New York on the 28th day of February 1898 when the bill of sale from
Tina Hamberger as administrator of Jacob Hamberger decd to Solomon Simon
was made but this order shall not prevent the said Simon from bringing
any suit he may consider necessary to test his right and title to the
property so turned over under this order to the said Receiver.
