of the said mortgaged premises so convey to him, her or them, and that
any of the parties to this cause, who may be in possession of said premises
or any part thereof, and any person who since the commencement of this
suit has come into possession under them or either of them on the production
of the masters deed of conveyance, shall surrender possession thereof to such
purchaser or purchasers their representatives or assigns. And it is further
ordered, adjudged and decreed that if the money arising from said sale
shall be insufficient to pay the amount so due the Complainant, with
interest aforesaid, after deducting the costs fees and expenses of sale
as aforesaid, that the said Master specify the amount of such
deficiency in his report of said sale, and that on the coming in of said
report and the confirmation thereof the said defendant W.P. Coker who
is personally liable for the payment of the debt secured by said
mortgage, to pay to the complainant the amount of such deficiency
with interest thereon, from the date of such last mentioned report
and that the complainant have execution therefor.
It is further ordered that the said Master in Chancery report his
proceedings in the premises to the court

              Order Ruling upon Demurrers to Complainants Bills
of Complaint.
  This cause coming on to be further heard and the same having been argued
and submitted by counsel for the respective parties, and the Court
being advised in the premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof it
is ordered adjudged and decreed that the 2nd and 4th grounds of the
demurrer filed in this cause by H.M. Tillis and Chas T. Eddy on May 21st
1898 to complainants bills of complaint, be and the same are herein and
and hereby sustained; and that the 1st 3rd and 5th grounds of said
demurrer be and the same are herein and hereby over ruled and denied
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the 2nd and 4th grounds
of the Demurrer filed herein by H.M. and Grace M. Tillis on the 6th day
of June AD 1898 to complainants bills of complaint be and the same
are herein and hereby sustained; and that the 1st 3rd, 5th 6th and 7th
and 8th, grounds of said demurrer of H.M. and Grace M. Tillis be and
the same are herein and hereby over ruled and denied and that complaint
have leave to file amendment to bills of complaint or to file amended bills
