AD 1898 and to serve copy of said amended pleadings upon counsel for the
said defendants H.M. and Chas. T. Eddy and H.M. and Grace M. Tillis and that
said defendants do plead answer or demur to complainants original and
amended pleadings on or before rule day in September AD 1898

              In the Circuit Court of Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit
                 in and for Alachua County.   In Chancery
The Atlanta National Building and Loan Association,  }
a Corporation under the laws of the state of Georgia } Bill to Foreclose Mortgage
                 vs                                  }
F.M. Weight                                          } Decree of Foreclosure
                    This cause coming on to be further heard, and it
appearing to the Court from the mortgage and bond given by the defendant
to the complainant, and the affidavit of J.W. Goldsmith, secretary of the
complainant company, that the defendant is indebted to the complainant
in the sum of $221.03 for principal, interest, dues and fines to date and 
in the further sum of $40.00 fees to be allowed complainant's solicitor for the
foreclosure of said mortgage, as shown by the affidavit of two attorneys;
and the court being advised in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration
hereof it is ordered, adjudged and decreed;
1st That the complainant is entitled to the foreclosure of its mortgage and
that the said F.M. Weight defendant, is indebted to the complainant
in the sum of $221.03 and also in the further sum of $40.00 Attorney's fees
and the costs of this proceeding and that said defendant do pay the same
within five days from the date hereof, or in default thereof, that J.A.
Ammons, Esq who is herein and hereby appointed as Special Master in
Chancery to execute this decree, do advertise and sell at the time and
place and in the manner prescribed by law, the property described in
complainant's bill, to wit: - Situated in Alachua County, Florida and
described as follows: Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty seven (27) in the Town of
Hawthorn, bounded on the East by Johnson Street, on the West by the
land of J.M. Hawthorn; on the North by the land of J.M. Hawthorn
and on the south by land of Lodge 28 Odd Fellows (formerly of J.D. Bell)
to satisfy and pay said decree, fees and costs and that said Special
Master do make proper deed, or deeds of conveyance to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof and therefor; do put said purchaser or purchasers in
possession thereof, and that he pay the proceeds arising from the sale of
said property to the complainant, or its solicitor of record, sufficient
to satisfy and pay said decree fees and costs and the over plus, if any
as the Court may direct.
