2nd That in the event the proceeds arising from the sale of said property
shall be insufficient to satisfy and pay said decree, fees and costs then in that
case that the Master make report of such deficiency to the Court for such
other and further order as may be proper in the premises.
3rd That after the sale of said property the said defendant F.M. Weight and
all persons now claiming the said property, or that may hereafter claim the same
by through or under her, may thereafter stand absolutely and forever debarred
and foreclosed of and from right or equity of redemption of in and to the said
property and every part and parcel thereof.

Edwd A. Neff as Administrator of the } Final Decree
Estate of G.H. Neff deceased         }
                              This cause coming on to be heard upon the report
of the Master in said cause and for a Final decree and upon consideration it is
hereby adjudged & decreed that the prayers of the bill of complaint be granted
and that the report of the receiver of his acts and doings be confirmed
and that the debts of the partnership be pro & pro rata by the Receiver
out of the funds in his hands after first paying his solicitors in said
cause Horatio Davis and Evans Haile Fifty Dollars and that he pay himself
out of said funds in his hands the sum of Fifty Dollars for his services as
Receiver in said cause and that he be allowed nineteen & 85/100 Dollars
as his expenses in said cause and that he advertise in some newspaper
in Alachua County Florida for 30 days notice to the creditors of Neff &
Graham to file with him their sworn accounts and that said Receiver
after paying out the actual expenses in settling said accounts for publishing
said notice, pay to said creditors who have filed their claims properly proven
pro rata the balance of the funds in his hands if any, any funds remain
Thereafter that they be paid to the administrator of said Estate of G.H. Neff
deceased.
