                 This cause coming on to be further heard upon the report of
J.A. Ammons Esq Special Master in this cause and upon motion of Anderson &
Hocker, the complainants Solicitors, for an order confirming the said report, it is
thereupon ordered adjudged and decreed that the said report be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and that the said Special Master be and
he is hereby authorized and required to deliver to Chas E. Garner the
purchaser of said property a proper deed of conveyance.
