Ex officio administrator of the Estate of J.H. White, are indebted to the complainants
in the sum of Eleven hundred seventy two and 10/100 dollars for principal and Three
hundred fifty one and 63/100 dollars accrued interest to March 5th 1898 and the
further sum of one hundred seventy six dollars for complainants solicitors fees for
the foreclosure of this mortgage, and also the costs of this suit to be entered up
by the Clerk of this Court and that they do pay the same within Three days
from date hereof.
2nd That in default of the payment thereof in ful within the time above
specified, then in that case, Robert E. Davis who is herein and hereby
appointed as Special Master in Chancery to execute this decree do advertise
and sell at the time and place and in the manner prescribed by law the
said mortgaged property to wit: All the following described piece, parcel, and
tract of land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in the
state of Florida to wit, All of Block six (6) Range of Block Five (5) in the town
of High Springs, Florida, as described in Mr S.C. Moore's plat of the town of
Santa fe now called High Springs. All in section Three (3) Township Eight
(8) South of Range seventeen (17) East, together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. And that the said Master do make proper deed or deeds of
conveyance thereof to the purchaser or purchasers of said property, and that he
pay the proceeds arising from the sale of said property or a sufficient amount
thereof to satisfy this decree to complainants or their solicitors of record and
the surplus, if any to the defendant, Massie E. White.
3rd That the said Massie E. White, and all and every person now claiming
or hereafter to claim by through or under her since the commencement of this
suit, stand absolutely and forever debarred of and from all equity of
redemption of the property so sold and every part thereof.
4th That the said Master do put the purchaser or purchasers in
possession of the property hereby sold to satisfy this decree.
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala, Florida, this 27th day of July

This cause came on to be further heard and was argued and submitted
and the Court being advised in the premises, upon consideration
hereof It ordered adjudged and decreed as follows to wit:
1st That the first exception to the first report of Master be sustained
to the extent of the $61.73 and interest thereon - as to ballance
