W.P. Coker et ux              }
         The above cause coming on to be heard upon motion of the above
complainant by L.N. Green its solicitor for the confirmation of the report of Horatio
Davis, Special Master in said cause, and for a deficiency decree as per Rule
Eighty nine (89) of "Rules of Circuit Court in suits in Equity" together with Execution
for the collection of same; and it appearing to the Court that Evans Haile
solicitor for the defendants has secured due and proper notice of the presentation
of said motion; And it further appearing to the Court that the above
named Special Master in Chancery, Horatio Davis, has full complied with
all the orders and directions of this Court in its final decree herein, said
decree being of date the - day of - AD 1898, and that the property
in said final decree described was sold to the above complainant
it being the highest and best bidder therefor for the sum of two Hundred
dollars in front of the Court House door at Gainesville Alachua County
Florida, on the 4th day of July 1898 after having been advertised as required
by law for the space of thirty days. And it appearing to the Court that
the said Special Master has distributed the sum of one hundred and
ninety three 14/100 Dollars pursuant to said final decree, and that
after giving the defendants proper credit, there remains due and
unpaid the complainant the sum of two thousand and seventeen
& 14/100 Dollars upon said mortgage indebtedness; it is therefore,
ordered adjudged and decreed that the said report of the said
Horatio Davis as Special Master as aforesaid be and the
same is hereby confirmed together with all actions taken
by him as therein mentioned; and it is
Furthered Ordered that the above named complainant The Standard
Sewing Machine Company a corporation under the laws of the
State of Ohio do have and recover of and from the defendant
W.P. Coker the sum of Two Thousand and seventeen & 14/100 Dollars
together with legal note of interest thereon from the date of
this of this decree, together with costs to be taxed by the Clerk
of the Court of Alachua County Florida, and that execution
issue therefor according to law
