            This cause coming on to be finally heard was argued by solicitors for the
respective parties and the court being advised in the premises and being of
opinion that the promissory note of $500.00 dated March 15th 1894 and filed in
evidence in this cause as Exhibit "X" was given by Joseph Adler to G.B. Griffin
in part payment of the property, which he the said Adler, contributed
under the partnership agreement as part of the effects of the partnership
of Griffin and Adler, and that said note and interest thereon is due and
unpaid, it is adjudged ordered and decreed that the said G.B. Griffin do
have and recover of the said Joseph Adler the sum of six hundred and
seventy five (675.00) dollars that being the amount of principal and interest
due on said note - and that the said Griffin have his Execution
for said amount - And the court being further of the opinion
that the said Joseph Adler has failed to maintain the allegations of
his cross bill it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the
prayer of said cross bill be denied and said cross bill dismissed, and
that the said Joseph Adler do pay the costs of the proceedings,
both in the original suit and in the cross bill, and that execution
do issue herein for such costs upon application of the solicitor for
the said Griffin - And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that
the co-partnership heretofore existing between the said Adler and the
said Griffin be and the same is hereby dissolved and dismissed.
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida this 8th day of August AD 1898
