to center of said R.R. Thence along the center of said RR one hundred (100)
feet to place of beginning, excepting the reserve as right of way of the said
Transit RR was made for the purpose of hindering, delaying, defeating
and defrauding said complainants and other Creditors of the said Joel T.
Weeks and Week & Cauthen and that the said deed be and the same is
hereby cancelled, and the Clerk of this Court is required to make
marginal entry of such cancellation upon the records where the same
is recorded and the said property is hereby decreed to be subject to
the lien of Complainants Judgments and executions against the said
Weeks & Cauthen
6th That the said deed made by the said Joel T. Weeks and wife,
on the 25th day of October 1893 to James S. Weeks and recorded in Deed
book 40 at pages 28 conveying Lots 6,7 and 8 of Block 8 of the Town
of Waldo in Alachua County Florida and Also the deed made by Joel
T. Weeks and wife to James S. Weeks dated 28th day of October
1893 and recorded upon the records of Alachua County, Florida in Deed
book 39 at pages 505 on the 2nd day of November AD 1893 and
conveying all that lot of land in Sparkman's addition to the town of
Waldo known and described upon the map of said town as lots "E"
and "F" are hereby decreed to have been made for the purpose of hindering,
delaying, defeating and defrauding the complainants and other
creditors of Joel T. Weeks and Weeks & Cauthen and that said deeds
and each of then be and the same are hereby decreed to be
cancelled and annulled and that the Clerk of this Court is required
to make marginal entry of cancellation of said deeds upon the
records where said deeds are recorded and further that said property
be and the same is hereby declared to be subject to the lien of
complainants Judgments and executions as set forth in complainants
bill of complaint.
7th It is further ordered and decreed that the defendant's Joel T.
Weeks and James S. Weeks do pay the costs of this proceeding to be
taxed up by the Clerk of this Court and that Execution do issue
upon application of Attorneys for Complainants against the said
defendants Joel T. Weeks and James S. Weeks as at law
