This cause coming on to be heard, and it appearing from the
affidavit of Attorney for complainants, that the Hon. Judge of the Circuit
Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida, is absent from the State of
Florida, and complainants Solicitor having set down for argument
the plea filed herein by defendants on September 5 1898 and the
same having been argued and submitted, and the Court being advised
in the premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered
adjudged and decreed; That each and every grounds of the said
plea be, and the same are herein and hereby overruled, denied and
disallowed, and it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the
defendants have leave to answer complainants bill of complaint on or before
the 3rd day of October AD 1898, or in default thereof, that the complainants
bill be taken as confessed Done and order at chambers at live oak
Florida, on this 9th day of September AD 1898

This cause coming on to be heard, and it appearing from the affidavit
of complainants solicitor, that the Judge of the Circuit Court for the
Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida is absent from the State of Florida
and the same having been argued and submitted and the Court
being advised in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof
it is ordered, adjudged and decreed; That the demurrer filed herein
to the complainants bill of complaint on August 1, 1898 by A.O.
Steenburg and H.M. Tillis, defendants, be and the same is herein and
hereby overruled and denied Except 7th which is sustained complainants
allowed Ten days to amend without prejudice to Injunction and the
defendants required to plead or answer complainants bills of complaint on
or before rule day in October 1898, or in default thereof that complainants
bill of complaint be taken as confessed. Done and ordered at Live Oak Florida
