A.D., Wright et.al. }
The Plea Settling Equities upon answer of E.B. Howell,
Order of Reference, Etc.,
This cause coming on to be heard, and having been submit-
ted, and it appearing by affidavit, of Counsel for complainant, that
the Judge of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit is ab-
sent from the State of Florida and the Court having been advised
in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered,
adjudged and decreed;
That the Equities are in favor of the complainants, and that the
complainants are entitled to enforce their mortgage lien against
the property set forth and described in complainants original
bill of complaint, and that the answer of defendant E.B. Howell
does not set forth or contain any defense to the enforcement of
the lien, of the mortgage sought to be enforced herein, and that
the complainants are entitled to a decree foreclosing the said
mortgage, against the property described in their bill of com-
plaint.
It further appearing that a decree Pro Confesso has been
entered up against the defendants A.D. Wright, B.J. Potter
and R.G. Strange;
It is therefore further ordered, adjudged and decreed, that
this cause be, and the same is herein and hereby referred to
J.A. Ammons as Special Master in Chancery, to take testimony
ex parte as to the amount due and owing to the complain-
ants by the defendants A.D. Wright and B.J. Potter upon the
note and mortgage sued upon, and that he do make a report
and finding to the Court as soon as practicable, as provided
by law, and the rules of practice in such cases.
