             This cause coming on to be heard upon application of
complainants solicitor for the appointment of a Special Master to take testimony
herein, and it appearing to the Court that a decree pro confesso has been
heretofore entered up against the defendant herein; to wit on the 6th day
of December AD 1897. It is therefore ordered, considered and decreed that Evans
Haile be, and he is hereby appointed as a Special Master to take and
report the testimony in this cause.
