a minor to have to have the disabilities of non-age } Order appointing Master to Examine
removed                                             }
                 Upon the presentation reading and consideration of the
foregoing petition of Mary Ashburn Dromgoole a minor of Alachua County Florida
to have the disabilities of non-age removed, and it appearing to the Court that
said minor is over Eighteen (18) years of age it is therefor hereby ordered that E.E. Voyle
of Gainesville Alachua County Florida be and is hereby appointed to be Special
Master and Examiner in this cause to make inquiries and to personally
examine the said applicant Mary Ashburn Dromgoole and to take testimony
of those who know her as to her habits mental capacity qualifications and
acquirements as to her fitness generally to take charge of and to manage her
own estate and business and after so doing to make report thereof to this Court
in writing with his opinion thereon.

Dromgoole a minor to have the disabilities of } Order of Court removing the
non-age removed                               } disabilities of non-age
               Upon reading and considering the report of the Master
appointed to take testimony in the above entitled cause together with 
the opinion of said Master upon the matter referred to him and the
Court being satisfied that the applicant Mary Ashburn Dromgoole is
a minor over the age of Eighteen (18) years and that she is well qualified
and capacitated to take charge of and manage her own estate property
and business and that it is to her own interest and benefit to do so.
It is therefore hereby ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that
the said Mary Ashburn Dromgoole be and is hereby authorized to take
charge of and to manage her own estate property and affairs and to control
the same, to contract and be contracted with to sue and to be sued in and
by her own proper name and person and to do and perform any and all
acts matters and things that she could do if twenty one (21) years of
