This cause came on to be heard upon the foregoing application for an
order to authorize the Trustee in said cause to pay over to the Guardian
sufficient funds in his hands as Trustee to educate the minor therein named
upon consideration of the same it is hereby ordered and decreed that the said Trustee
John Chesnut as Trustee do pay over to C.E. Haile Jr as Guardian for W. Allen
Haile the sum of Three hundred ($300.00) Dollars for the purpose of Educating the
said W. Allen Haile and to pay the costs of this proceedings

vs } Foreclosure of Mortgage
R. May and H.C. Parker } Decree of Deficiency
This cause coming on further to be heard upon the
Masters Report herein showing that no mortgaged property belonging to the
defendant R. May has been sold and the proceeds applied as required by
the Final Decree heretofore rendered herein and that the same were
insufficient to satisfy said decree and cost, and that there is
yet a deficiency amounting to one hundred and seventy nine
Dollars and seventy cents which is due and owing to the complainant
S.M. Carver, and the Court being advised from the pleadings and
evidence heretofore filed herein that the defendant, H.C. Parker was an
indorser upon the notes secured by said Mortgage and sued upon herein
and being advised in the premises, upon consideration thereof it was ordered
adjudged and decreed that the said Masters Report be and the same is
hereby confirmed and that the complainant S.M. Carver do have and recover
of and from the defendant H.C. Parker the sum of One Hundred and seventy nine
Dollars and seventy cents together with such costs and interest as may accrue
thereon and that the complainant the said S.M. Carver do have a lien
upon the property of the said defendant the said H.C. Parker
as at common law, for said sum and that an Executor do issue hereon
at once as at common law in the manner prescribed by law, to be levied
upon the goods and chattels lands and tenements of the said defendant
(written in margin)
The execution in this case returned
the Sheriff Nov 1st 1898 marked
