                        Before the subscriber
personally appeared J.U. Stephens and
I.T. Guinn, who being duly sworn say
depose and sat that they were present and
saw the marriage ceremony marriage between
Jasper N. Wilson and Laura S. Guinn, sol-
emnized by the Rev Paul Colson; on the
4th day of April 1866 near Alachua in
Alachua County, Florida: That the said
Paull Colson has since that time departed
this life and that there has never been
any Certificate of the said marriage
