                  This indenture made and executed this the 19th day
of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
fifty One between N.B. Stafford of the State of Georgia and County of
Tatnal of the first part and Henry Sweeney of the State & County aforesaid
of the second part witnesseth that the Said N.B. Stafford for and in con=
=sideration of the Sum of One hundred and Eighty five Dollars to him in
hand paid by the Said Henry Sweeney the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
=Knowledged, hath granted bargained Sold conveyed and delivered, and
by these presents doth grant bargain Sell convey and deliver unto the
said Henry Sweeney his heirs and assigns all the following described
lot or parcels of land lying and being in the county aforesaid and
Known as the South East quarter of section two in Township Eleven
South of Range Twenty two East containing One hundred and fifty
nine acres and Eighty Six hundredth to have and to hold the Said
before described premises together with the rites and appurtenances
thereunto belonging to him the Said Henry Sweeney his heirs and
assigns for ever in fee Simple and the Said N.B. Stafford for himself
his heirs executors administrators will for ever warrant & defend
the right and title thereto against the Claims of all persons
What ever in testimony Whereof the Said N.B. Stafford has
hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year above
written -
