the same in manner and form as is above written, and
that the same is free fron all encumbrances whatever and
further more I said James T. Thomas do by these presents
bind myself and my heirs forever to warrant and defend
the above granted and bargined Premises to him the said
Ozias Budington his heirs and assigns against all claims
and demands whatever.

This Indenture made this 3rd of November in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty-one between
James A. Turner of the first grant of the State of Florida and County
of Alachua, and Robert A. Child of the state of Florida and County
of Alachua of the Second part Witnesseth, That the said James A.
Turner for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred &
Seventy-five dollars in hand paid at and before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargined, sold, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents doth bargin, sell, convey, release, convey and confirm unto
the said Robert A. Childs his heirs and assigns all that certain
piece, parcel or tract of land lying and being in Alachua Co
supposed to contain ninety two acres and described as follows,
