Be it known that on this 22nd day
of March 1851 before me a Commissioner appointed
by the Governor of the State of Florida to take acknowlege-
ment of deeds &c in the city of New York to be and in the
State said State of Florida and duly qualified person-
ally appeared Eugene Van Ness and Charles W. Brush
who acknowledged that they had executed the within deed
for the purpose therein mentioned. And I certify that I
am acquainted with parties making this acknowledgement
and know them to be the individuals described in and
who executed said deed
