Release of Dower
                          Know all men by these presents that
          I, Sarah Margaret C. Lawton wife of Joseph C. Lawton of
          Charleston South Carolina and at present in the Kingdom
          of Great Britain for diverse good causes and considera-
          tions and with the view of enabling my said husband
          to sell and convey by good and absolute conveyance
          free from all claim or equity of Dower on any part
          and in conformity to laws of the State of Florida in
          the United States of America, any and all parcels of
          real estate possessed or held by him in said State of
          Florida, on which may hereafter during my life time be
          acquired or possessed by him, and in consideration
          of the sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid by
          George R. Fairbanks for himself and other parties
          interested therein the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
          ledged have remised released renounced and relin-
          quished and forever quit claimed, and by these presents
          do remise, release, and forever renounce relinquish and
          quit claim unto the said purchasers of any parcel
          or parcels of real Estate whereever situated in said
          State of Florida, wnich have been or may hereafter
          be sold or conveyed by my said husband Joseph
          Lawton and to their heirs and assigns all and all
          manner of dower, and right and title of dower, and
          other interest right or title whatever which I the
          said Margaret C. Lawton wife of said Joseph
          Lawton now have, may ormight should or of right
          ought to have or claim of, in, to, or out of all that
          the said lands and real Estate conveyed or to be
          conveyed by said Joseph Lawton, with the appurtenances
          and every part and parcel thereof, and all manner of
          action and actions writ and writs of dowery whatsoever so
          that I the said Margaret C. Lawton, nor any other

          person or persons whatsoever for me and in my name
          right or stead any manner of dower or actions right 
          or title of dower or other interest claim or demand
          whatsoever of or in the said messuage tracts or parcels
          of land and real Estate within mentioned or of or in
          any part of parcels thereof at any time hereafter shall
          or may have claim or prosecute against the said
          purchasers their heirs or assigns and I the said Marga
          Sarah Margaret C. Lawton do hereby acknowledge and

          declare that I freely and voluntarily renounce^relinquish
          all my dower and right and title of dower in the premises
          within named without any complusion constraint apprehension
          fear of or from my husband the said Joseph Lawton
