the Sum of money aforesaid, or any portion thereof remaining
due and unpaid, and if said default is made in the
payment of the same it shall and may be lawful for the
said Thomas A. Bradford Jr and William H. Bradford or
either of them, on being thereto required by the said Samuel
M. Wilson his heirs or assigns to proceed to advertise the said
land and negroes for four weeks at the door of the court
House in the said County of Alachua and sell the lands
or so much as may be required to raise the sum Re-
maining due to said Samuel M. Wilson his heirs or assigns
the sale to be one third each and the balance three
and six months, the property being held as security for
the purchase, and out of the proceeds of such sale satis-
fy all charges and expenses attending the execution of
this trust then pay if sufficient whatever may be due on
the debt aforesaid, and render the balance if any to
the said Jesse T. Bennard his heirs or assigns, the said
Thomas A. Bradford Jr. and William H. Bradford so acting
executing to the purchaser or purchasers of said land and
negroes a conveyance or conveyances for the same when fully
paid for.
The said Jesse T. Bennard, and Mary E. his
wife, for themselves and their heirs the said land and
negroes to the said Thomas A. Bradford Jr. and William
H. Bradford and their assigns for the purposes of this
Indenture will warrant free from the claim of these the said
Jesse T. Bennard and Mary E. his wife and their heirs
and against the lawful claim and demand of all persons
whomsoever provided that in full payment of the said
sum of money to the said Smauel M. Wilson his heirs
or assigns with all the interest that may have accured
thereon, this Indenture shall cease and determine and be
