Said Section Forty chains to another stake, making a corner
        between said Turner and Horace Merry, thence West and 
        paralell with the East and West lines of said Section and to a
        point- on the West Boundry line of said Section , thence south
        in the same line to the point of beginning and the whole forming
        paralell Square.  To have and to hold the aforesaid described
        land with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances
        thereof whatsoever to the said premises being belonging or in any
        wise appartaining thereunto, and the remainder and remainders
        reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof to the only
        proper use and behoof of him the said Robert A. Child his heirs
        or assigns in fee simple, forever. And the said James A.
        Turner for himself his heirs, executors or assigns shall warrant
        and defend the right- and title of the said Robert A. Child
        his heirs and assigns forever against the claim or claims
        of all other persons whatsoever claiming any part or parcel
        of the said described land and tenements, in by through
        or under him.

                          Know all men by these presents that J.
        Zilphy Turner, wife of James A. Turner of the county and state
        aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
        to me in hand paid the receipt- whereof is hereby acknowledged
        by Robert A. Child of the State and County aforesaid have remised
        released and forever Quit claimed and by these presents do remise
        release and forever quit claim unto the  said Robert A. Child, all
        and all manner of dower and right and title of dower which
        I the said Zilphy Turner may, might could or ought of right
        to have, or claim in or out of a certain piece of land
        lying in Sec 23L 11 R20 of the Arredondo grant and supposed
        to contain ninety two acres ( and by reference to the deed made by
        my husband James A. Turner to the said Robert A. Child) the des
        -scription of said land will more fully and at alrge appear)
        and also all action or actions, writ or writs of Dower: tha I
        Myself Zilphy Turner nor any other person for me or in my
        name any right or title of Dower of in or to the said lot or
        tract of land or any part or parcel thereof at any time hereafter
        shall or may have claim, or prosecute against the said Robert
        A. Child his heirs or assigns.   In witness whereof I hereunto
        set my hand and affixed my seal this 3rd day of November, in the
        year of our Lord, one thousand, eight hundred & fifty-one.
