          receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge have granted bar-
          gained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
          and sell unto George M. Galpin of Newnansville all
          that certain Lot situated in the Town of Newnansville
          designated on the Plat of the Town as Lot No One Block
          No Two Range No One, together with all and singular
          the heriditaments and appurtenances to the same in any
          wise appertaining or belonging to have and to hold the
          said Lot and every part and parcel thereof unto the 
          said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns forever.
             And I the said Swepson Whitehead for myself
          my heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend
          the same against the lawful claims of all persons claim-
          ing or to claim by or through me
