Know all men by thse presents that I Maria Sourbray
          of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in
          consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to me 
          in hand paid by Martha Hague, wife of Archelaus
          Hague, of said County and State the receipt whereof 
          at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
          is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargined, sold
          conveyed aliened, remised, released and confirmed
          and by these presents do grant, bargin, sell alien
          remise release and confirm, unto the said Martha
          Hague the following described Lots of land lying
          and being in the Town of Newnansville County of
          Alachua and State of Florida and known as fol-
          lows, to wit, Lots Number Two(2) Three(3) and also
          Four(4) in Block Number Two(2) and also Lots
          Number One(1) Two(2) And Three(3) all in Range
          Number One(1) in the Town of Newnansville aforesaid
          as per plat of said Town on file in the office of
          the Judge of Probate of Alachua County aforesaid
          with all the appurtenances and all the right title
          interest, claim and demand of me the said Maria
          Sourbray in and to the said premises: to have and to hold
          the same with the appurtenences unto the said Martha
          Hague and her heirs in fee simple forever.
            And I the said Maris Sourbray for myself and my
          heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
          Martha Hague and her heirs and assigns that I am the
          owner of the said premises, and seized of a good
          indefeaseible estate of inheritance therein, and that I
          have full right and power to sell and convey the same
          in fee simple ansolute: that the said premises are free
          and clear from all encumberances: that the said Martha
          Hague and her heirs and assigns may forever hereaf-
          ter have, hold, occupy possess and enjoy the same
          without any suit, molestation or interuption by any
          person whatever lawfully claiming any right therein
            And that I the said Maria Sourbray and all
          persons hereafter claiming under me will at any time
          hereafter at the request and expense of the said Martha
          Hague her heirs or assighs meke all such further
          assurances for the more effectual conveying of the
          said premises with the appurtenances as may be
          reasonably requested by her or them
          And that I the said Maria Sourbray and my heirs will
          warrant and defend the said premises with the appurte-
          nances with the said Martha Hague her heirs and assighs
          forever. In witness whereof I the said Maria Sourbray have
          hereunto set my hand and seal this Eighteenth day of December
          in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two
