                           Know all men by these presents that I
          Maria Sourbray of the said State and County for and in consider-
          sation of the Sum of Fifteen dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas
          A. Bradford of the County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is
          hereby acknowledged do hereby renounce, release and relinquish and
          forever quit claim unto the said Thomas A. Bradford all my estate
          right title and demand of whatever nature or kind soever of, in and
          to that certain piece or parcel of land lying and situate in the Town
          of Newnansville County of Alachua and State of Florida and de-
          scribed on the plat of said Town on file in the office of the Judge of
          Probate of the County of Alachua as follows, to wit, Lot Number four
          (4) in Block Number three(3) in Range Number One(1)
             To have and to hold the same unto the said Thomas A. Bradford
          his heirs and assigns forever. And I the said Maria Sourbray
          will warrant and defend the right and title of in and to the
          said premises against the claim of myself, and against the
          claim of all persons claiming by through or under me: but against
          the claim of no other persons whatsoever
              In witness whereof I the said Maria Sourbray have hereunto
          set my hand and seal this Twenty sixth day of February in the
          year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty three
