Know all men by these presents that I Jonathan Turner of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid
by Samuel R. Pyles of said County and State, at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereby I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and
confirmed: and do by these presents grant bargain, sell, convey, alien re-
mise release and confirm unto the said Samuel R. Pyles all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the Survey of the
United States as follows, to wit, The North West Quarter of Section
fifteen(15)in Township Seven(7)South of Range Eighteen East, with all
appurtenances, and all claim, right, title, interest and demand
of me the said Jonathen Turner in and to the premises.
To have and to hold the same with the appurtenances unto
the said Samuel R. Pyles his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
And I the said Jonathan Turner for myself and my heirs do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Samuel R. Pyles and his
heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the said premises,
and am seized of a good indefeasble estate of inheritance therein,
and that I have full right and power to sell and convey the
same, in fee simple absolute, that the said premises are free and
clear of all encumberances that the said Samuel R. Pyles and
his heirs and assigns may forever hereafter, have hold possess
and enjoy the same without any suit, molestation, trouble eviction
by any person whatever lawfully claiming any right therein
and that I, the said Jonathan Turner, and all persons hereafter
claiming under me, will at any time hereafter, at the request and
expense of the said Samuel R. Pyles, his heirs or assigns,
make all such further assurnces as for the more effectual convey-
ing of the said premises with the appurtenances, as may be rea-
sonably required by him or them. And that I the said Jonathan
Turner and my heirs, will and shall warrant and defend the said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel R. Pyles
his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I, the said
Jonathan Turner have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty
Sixth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and fifty three.

Know all men by these presents that I Mary Turner, the wife of
Jonathan Turner, the Granter of the foregoing deed for the conveyance of Real
Estate for and in the consideration of the premises in said deed executed
and in further consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in
hand paid by Samuel R. Pyles, the receipt whereof, before the sealing
and delivery of these presents I do hereby acknowledge, have re-
nounced released relinquished and forever quit claimed and
do by these presents renounce release relinquish and forever quit
claim unto the said Samuel R. Pyles all my right claim
