Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Justice of the peace in and for the County aforsaid Tilphy Turner
wife of James A. Turner, who being examined separately and apart from
her husband Said that she signed the within instrument of
writing without fear, threat or apprehension from her
husband and of her own free will for the purposes therein
specified.

This indenture made this thirtieth day Of
December in the year of one thousand eight-hundred and fifty-one
and in the seventy fifth year of the Independance of the United States
of America, between Moses E. Levy of St. Johns County,owner and Serafina
Cheauiteau of Paris and Joseph DeLevante of London Mortgages of the
One Part and Robert A. Child of Alachua county of the other part.
Witnesseth: That said Moses E. Levy for and in consideration
Of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, in hand paid, at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledge, hath granted, bargined, sold, aliened, conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargin, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto the said Robert A. Child
his heirs and assigns the North half of that certain Section
of land Number thirty-six, Township Eleven, Range twenty of
the Arredonds Grant.
To have and to hold the said land with all & singular
rights, members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever, to
the said Robert A. Child, being, belonging is in any wise
