hath this day complied with and fulfilled his contract
          of purchase with the said Special Master and has paid
          the whole amount of the purchase money therefor
            Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Charle A.M.
          Mitchel Special Master in Chancery as aforesaid in order to
          carry into effect the said sale made in pursuance of said
          decree above cited, and in consideration of the premises and
          the sum of One hundred dollars in hand paid, at the times
          of the execution hereof by the said party of the second part
          at the time of to the said Charles A.M. Mitchel special
          Master as aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
          ledgeded hath granted, bargained, sold released, conveyed and
          confirmed: and by these presents doth grant bargain, sell, re-
          lease and confirm unto the said party of the second part,
          his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land
                                              said
          known and described on the Map of the^Arredonda Grant,
          on the Survey of David Burr and Henry Washington in 
          the year One thousand eight hundred and forty five, as the
          East half of Section 24, Township 11 Range 21, together
          with all and singular the rights members and appurte-
          nances to the same belonging or in any wise appteraining.
            To have and to hold all and singular the said premises
          above mentioned and described and hereby granted and con-
          veyed or intended to be so, with the appurtenances as unto
          the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns,
          to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the party
          of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
             In witness whereof the said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special
          Master in Chancery as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand
          and seal the day and year first above written

                         Personally appeared before me this August
          22nd AD 1852 Charles A.M. Mitchel who acknowledged
          that he executed the above Indenture for the purposes therein
          memtioned; and I certify that I know the said Charles A.M.
          Mitchel to be the person mentioned in and executed the
          above indenture
