This indenture made the twenty fifth day of Febuary in the year
          One thousand eight hundred and fifty two; Between Mordacai
          Myers of the City of Schenactada, and State of New York, party
          of the first part, and A      S. Roberts of          in Florida
          party of the second part; Witness: that the said party of
          the first part in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars
          to him duly before the delivery hereof hath bargained and
          sold, and by these presents doth grant and convey to the said party
          of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that peice
          or parcel of ground situated in the Arredondo Grant, in Alachua
          County in East Florida, and known as the North West Quarter
          of Section 27(Twenty Seven) Township 11(Eleven) Range 21
          (Twenty one) containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less,
          with the appurtenances, and the estate, title, and interest of the
          said party of the first part therein, And the said pary of
          the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said
          party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery
          hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner
          of the premises above granted, and seized thereof in fee simple
          absolute, and that he will warrant and defend the above
          granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of
          the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever
            In witness whereof the said party of the first part hath here-
          unto set his hand and seal on the day and year first above written

          before me the undersigned a Commissioner appointed by the
          Governor of the State of Florida, by Letter Patent under the Great Seal
          of said State, to administrater Oaths, and take the proof and acknowledge-
          ment of deeds and other instruments under seal to be and re-
          corded in Florida, in and for the State of New York, and as such
          duly commissioned and sworn, and dwelling in the City of New New York
          personaly appeared Mordacai Myers to me personaly known
          to be the individual described in and who executed the foregoing
          conveyance, and acknowledged to me that he had executed the same
          Note   And Florida three times was erased herein
