Alachua County ) November 6th AD 1852
This indenture made the six day of
November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and
fifty two between John M. Hunt of the County and State
aforesaid of one part, and William Mott both of the same
place of the other part, witnesseth that the said John
M. Hunt and Mary Hunt his wife for and in considera-
tion of the sum of one hundered dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these pre-
sents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargined, sold and conveyed; and does by these
presents grant bargin sell and convey unto the said
William Mott his heirs and assigns all that tract of
lands, situate lying and being upon the west half of the
South west quarter of Section Twenty three(23) in Township
Seven(7) South of Range nineteen(19) East, contents of tract Loca
ted is Eighty acres more or less, with all the rights and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the
above described lot of land unto him the said William
Mott his heirs and assigns together with all the rights mem-
bers and appurtenances to the said lot of land in anywise
belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever in fee simple.
