This Indenture made this 12th day of February in the 
year of our Lord One thousand eight hudred and fifty three
between James G. Dell of the County and State aforesaid
of the one part; and Thomas A. Bradford of the same
place of the Second part; Witnesseth, that the said James
                                                and fifty
G. Dell for and in consideration of the Sum of four hundred^
dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents hath bargained and sold
and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell and
Convey to the Said Thomas A. Bradford his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract or lot of land Situate lying
and being in the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and
State first aforesaid; Known and described in the plan of
Survey of said Town as follows to wit,  It being portion of lots
number five, of Block Number Three, of Range Number Two,
and bounded as follows Lot Number three commencing at a Stake
One hundred and five feet South from the North East corner of
Block No. 3 of range No.2 and running South (52 1/2) fifty two 
and one half feet, west one hundred and five feet, thence North
fifty two and one half feet, (52 1/2) thence east one hundred and
five feet, to the place of beginning, with the appurtenances and
privileges of whatsoever kind thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, to have and to hold to him the Said Thomas A Brad=
=ford his heirs and assigns, And the said James G. Dell will here=
=by Covenant and agree to and with the said Thomas A. Bradford
that at the time of the delivering hereof the said James G. Dell
is the lawful owner of the premises above granted, and seized
thereof in fee simple absolute, and that he will warrant and
defend the above grantted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said Thomas A. Bradford his heirs and as=
=signs forever- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand

                       Be it remembered that on this 12th
day of February One thousand eight hundred and fifty three,
before me Saml W. Burnett a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County personally appeared Mary C. Dell the wife of the
above named James G. Dell and having privately and Sep=
=erately examined by me She did declare that she did freely
voluntarily and without any compulsion dread of fear of
any person whomsoever renounce release and forever relinquish
unto the above and foregoing Thomas A. Bradford his heirs
and assigns all her interest and estate and also all her
claim or right of dower of in or into to all and singular
the premises above and foregoing mentioned and released
