Personally appeared before me Saml W. Burnett a Justice
of the peace for the County of Alachua State of Florida
Mary C. Dell who being examined by me Separate and apart
from her husband acknowledged that she had executed the
foregoing deeds, and acknowledged that she had executed the
foregoing relinquishment of dower freely and volunatrily upon
her part, and without any compulsion constraint apprehen=
=sion or fear of her said husband
         Given under my hand and seal this 12th day
of February  AD 1853

=cuit Court in and for said County, James G. Dell the grantor
of the foregoing deed, and acknowledged that he had execu=
=ted the same for the purposes therein mentioned

   Know all men by these present that I, David Ridaught
of Newnansville in the County of Alachua and State of 
Florida,  Farmer, in consideration of 50 dollars paid to me by
Frederick L. Roux of Nassua County and State of Florida 
wheelwright, do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Frederick L Roux his heirs and assigns forever
a certain Tract or parcel of land with the property thereon, and
all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging
Situate in Newnansville in said County (Alachua) and boun=
     and described
=ded ^ as follows  Lot Number fourteen (14)(52 11/2 feet by 210 square
adjoining Lot Number 13 on the east, in the North half Range
of the Town of Newnansville Alachua County Florida
to have and to hold the above granted premises to the said
Frederick L. Roux his heirs and assigns to his and their all
and behoof forever.  And I the said David Ridaught
for myself and my heirs Executors and administrators do
covenant with the said Frederick L. Roux his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted
premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that I have
good right to sell and convey the same to the said Frederick
L. Roux his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid, and
that I will and my heirs Executors and Administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the same to the said Frederick
L. Roux his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.  In Witness whereof
