appertaining, with the remainder and remainders, reversion and
reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said Robert A. Child, his heirs, executors, and administrators
and assigns, in fee simple; and the said Moses E. Levy for his heirs
Executors, and administrators do covenant with the said Robert A.
Child, his heirs, executors and administrators, that he is lawfully
seized in fee of the afore granted premises; that they are free from
all incumberances; that he has good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Robert A. Child as aforesaid; and that he will and
his heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same and every part thereof, to the said Robert
A. Child, his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful
demands of all persons, by virtue of these presents.

hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals, the day and

Decbr 31st, 1851, on this day 31st December
in the one thousand Eight-hundred & fifty-one personally
appeared before me, Moses E. Levy, Sarefina Chautiau, Joseph
DeLevant by their attorney Moses E. Levy and acknowledged
the within conveyance to be their act and deed. I certify
that I well know the said Moses E. Levy and that he is the
same person who is described in the within conveyance
and who has executed the same.
