General Release of Dowery
                                  Know all men by these presents that
          I Sarah C. Fairbanks wife of Geo R. Fairbanks of St Augustine
          Florida, and at present in the State of New York for diverse
          good causes and considerations, and with the view of enabling
          my said husband to sell and convey by good and absolute
          conveyances free from all claim and equity of dower on my part,
          and in conformity with the laws of the State of Florida, any
          and all parcels of real Estate possessed or held by him in
          said State of Florida, or which may hereafter during my
          life time be acquired or possessed by him, and in consider-
          tion of the sum of ten dollars to me in hand paid by
          B.M. Dell of Alachua Co Florida for himself and other
          parties interested therein, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
          ledged have remised, released renounced and relinquished
          and forever quit claimed unto the said parties in interest,
          and unto the purchaser or purchasers of any parcel or
          parcels of real estate wherever situated in said State
          which have been or may hereafter be sold or conveyed
          by my said husband Geo R. Fairbanks, and to their heirs
          and assigns all and all manner of dower and right of
          dower, and other interest, right or title whatever which I
          the said Sarah C. Fairbanks wife of the said Geo R.
          Fairbanks now have, or might should or of right ought
          to have, or claim of in or to or out of all that the said land
          and real estate in Florida conveyed or to be conveyed by
          said George R. Fairbanks the appurtenances, and every
          part and parcel thereof , and all manner of action and actions
          writ and writs of dower or other actions, and right to making
          destress whatsoever, so that neither I the said Sarah C.
          Fairbanks or any other person or persons whatsoever of or in
          the said for me, or in my name right or stead any manner
          of dower or other interest or claim or demand whatsoever of
          or in the said messuages tracts & parcels of land and Real
          Estate within mentioned or of or in any part or parcel thereof
          at any time hereafter shall or may have claim or prosecute
          against the said purchasers their heirs or assigns and I
          the said Sarah C. Fairbanks do hereby acknowledge and
          declare that I fully freely and voluntarily renounce and
          relinquish all my dower and right and title of dower in
          the premises within named without any compulsion con-
          straint apprehension or fear of or from my husband the
          said George R. Fairbanks.
