State aforesaid personally appeared Mrs. Sarah C. Fairbanks
          to me known to be the same person described in and who executed
          the foregoing renunciation of dower and being by me examined in the
          presence of the Hon William C. Thompson Judge of the County of
          Jefferson aforesaid privately, separate and apart from her said
          husband acknowledged the same to be her act and deed,and
          she did at the same time, and does hereby acknowledge
          the said relinquishment and renunciation of dower is made
          freely and volunteerily and without any compulsion, constraint
          apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
                    In witness whereof the said Sarah C. Fairbanks hath
                    hereto set her hand and seal in my presence, and
                    I, Isaac Munson Clerk as aforesaid have also hereto
                    set my hand, and affixed the seal of said County of
                    Jefferson at Watertown in the County aforesaid the

          Know all men by these presents that Sarah Catherine Fairbanks
          wife of George R. Fairbanks of St Augustine Florida for di-
          vers good causes considerations me thereto moving and with
          the view enabling my said husband to sell and convey by
          good and absolute conveyances free from all claim or equity of
          dower on my part, and in conformity to the law of the State of
          Florida, in the United States of America, any or all parcels
          of real estate possessed or held by him in the Counties of Colum-
          bia, Alachua and Marion in said State of Florida, or which
          may hereafter during my life time be occupied or possessed
          by him, and consideration of the sum of ten dollars to me
          in hand paid by James G. Dell for himself and all parties
          in interest the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
          remised released, renounced and relinquished and forever
          quit claimed and by these presents renounce *********
