the said James G. Dell and all other persons who have or who
may hereafter purchase any parcel of real estate of said Geo
R. Fairbanks in the Counties aforesaid and to their heirs and
assigns all and all manner of dower and right of dower and
other interest right or title whatsoever which I the said
Sarah Cathrine Fairbanks now have, may might should or
of a right ought to have or claim of in to or out of all that
the said lands or real estate in Florida conveyed or to be
conveyed by said George R. Fairbanks with the apprutenan-
ces, and every part and parcel thereof, and all manner
of action and actions and right to making destress what-
soever So that neither I the said Sarah Catherine Fair-
for me or
banks nor any other person or persons whatsoever^in my name
right or stead any manner of dower or actions right or
title of dower or other interest claim or demand whatso-
ever of or in the said mess*a* e tracts and parcels of land
and real Estate within mentioned or of or in any part of
parcel thereof at any time hereafter shall or may have
claim or prosecute against the said purchases their
heirs or assigns and I the said Sarah Cathrine Fairbanks
do hereby acknowledge and declare that I fully freely and
voluntarily renounce and relinquish all my dower and right
and title of dower in the premises neither named without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my hus-
band the said George R. Fairbanks

I the undersigned Peter B. Dumas Clerk of the Circuit
Court of said County do certify that on the day of the date hereof before
me personally appeared Sarah Cathrine Fairbanks known to me to
be the person described in, and who executed the foregoing renun-
ciation of dower, and being by me examined privately separately and
apart from her said husband acknowledged that the said relin-
quishment and renounciation of dower was and is made freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband, and the said acknowledgement was
signed & sealed in my preesence and in the presence of Benjamin Wright
a witness also to me well known
