of the premises in said deed recited, and in further consideration of
the Sum of One hundred dollars paid by the Grantee of Said deed
do hereby renounce, relinquish and release unto the said Philip
Dell my right claim or equity of dower in all the premises descri=
=bed in the deed aforesaid as fully as I could or might do the same

the Said Mrs. E.D. Dell did acknowledge that she had exe=
=cuted the foregoing renunciation and relinquishment of dower
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her husband and I
certify that such acknowledgment and declaration was made
separately and apart from her Husband
