This Indenture made the twenty eight day of February, one
          thousand eight hundred fifty three Solomon F. Halliday
          and Mary his wife of the Town of Newnansville and State of Flori-
          da of the first part, and Levin Johnson of the Town of Middle-
          burgh and State aforesaid of the second part, witnessessth that the
          said Solomon F Halliday and Mary his wife for and in conside-
          ration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to them in hand paid
          by the said Levin Johnson at and before the sealing and delivery
          hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and thereof acquit
          and forever discharge the said Levia Johnson his heirs,executors
          and administrators by these presents have granted bargained and
          sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed, and by these pre-
          sents do grant bargin, sell, alien enfeoff release and confirm
          unto the said Levin Johnson and to his heirs and assigns
          all of lots number One(1)two(2)Three(3) in Block number
         (4)four of Range number (4) four in the Town of Newnans-
          ville and State of Florida as per the platt of said Town
          on file in the office of the Judge of Probate of said County
          and also all the estate right title interest property claim
          and demand whatsoever of the said Soloman & Mary his
          wife in law  or equity or otherwise howsoever, of in to or out of the
          same.  To have and to hold the said Lots as aforesaid
          described and hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be
          with the appurtenances unto the said Levin Johnson his heirs
          and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Levin
          Johnson and to his heirs and assigns forever.

          being duly sworn says that he saw S.F. Halliday and Mary S. Halliday
          sign and execute the above deed for the purposes therein mentioned

          examined by me separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she
          signed the same freely and voluntarily without any compulsion, constraint appre-
          hension or fear of or from her husband, or from the party to whom the said deed
          of conveyance is made, relinquishing all right of dower to the said party of the 
          second part named in said conveyance & to his heirs and assigns forever
