                           To all whom these Presents Shall come 
        I .A.M. Caston, Judge of Probate of Alachua County,send
        greeting, Whereas by an order of the County Commissioners
        for Alachua County, duly passed and entered in record, it is
        directed that the of Judge of Probate shall make, execute and 
        deliver to the purchaser of lots in the Town of Newnansville
        deeds of conveyance for lots by whom respectively purchased
        and whereas W.W. Scott is the purchaser of lots herein after
        described.
                  Now know ye, that I. A.M. Caston Judge of
        Probate of said County of Alachua, by virture of the
        authority, so as aforesaid vested in me in consideration
        of the sum of thirty dollars paid by the said W.W. Scott
        the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained
        and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell
        unto the said W.W. Scott, his heirs and assigns forever
        all these certain lots of land designated as lots No. Two(2)
        upon the plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed
        and exsisting in the Probate Office of the County of Alachua
        together with all and singular the hereditaments and
        appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging to have
        and to hold the said lots and premises unto the said
        W.W. Scott, his heirs and assigns forver all these certain
        lots of land designated as lots Nos Seven & Eight(7&8)
        of Block No one(1), Range No two (2)  upon the plan of
        the town of Newnansville as filed and exsisting in the 
        probate office of the County of Alachua together with all
        and singular the hereditaments and appurtinances to the 
        same in any wise belonging, to have and to hold the 
        said lots and premises unto the said W.W. Scott, his heirs
        and assigns as fully and absolutely as I have said A.M. 
        Caston, Judge of  Probate, aforesaid and under the
        authority, aforesaid might could or ought to sell and 
        convey the same.
                 In testimoney whereof I have hereunto set my
        hand and affixed my seal this twenty ninth day of Decbr
        A.D. 1851.
