made in pursuance of Said decree above cited, and in consideration
of the premsises, and of the Sum of Six hundred and fifty dollars paid
at the time of the execution hereof by the Said party of the second part
to the said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special Master as aforesaid the re=
=ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold
released conveyed and confirmed unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that tract of land or parcel of
land known and described on the Map of the Said Arredondo Grant,
on the Survey of David Burr and Henry Washington in the year
One thousand eight hundred and forty five as the Section 29
Township 11. Range 20 together with all and singular the rights
members, privileges heridetaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and To Hold all
and Singular the Said premises above mentioned and described
and hereby granted and conveyed or intended to be so with the ap-
=purtenances unto the Said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the Said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
    In Witness whereof the said Charles A.M Mitchel special
Master in Chancery as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand
and seal the day and year first above written
