          Alachua County    )  This Indenture made and execute this     day
          of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
          fifty between John G Dampier and his wife Elizbeth Dampier of
          the State and County aforesaid of the first part, and John A. Dean of 
          the second part Witnesseth; that the said John D. Dampier and his
          wife Elizebeth Dampier for and in consideration of the sum of forty
                                        the said 
          dollars to them in hand paid by^John A. Dean the receipt is hereby
          acknowledged hath granted bargined sold conveyed and delivered
          and by these presents doth grant bargin sell and deliver unto the
          said John A. Dean his heirs and assigns all the following des-
          cribed lot or parcel of land lying in the County of Alachua and 
          known as the South East quarter of Section thirty five in township
          Ten South of Range Twenty two; containing One hundred and sixty
          one acres and three hundreths of an acre, to have and to hold
          the said described premises together with all the rights and appur-
          tenances as thereunto belonging to him the said John A. Dean his heirs
          and assigns forever in fee simple, and the said John G. Dampier
          and Elizebeth his wife for themselves their heirs executers and admin-
          istraters will forever warrant and defend the right and title thereto
          against the claims of all persons whatever, In Testimoney whereof the
          said John G. Dampier and Elizebeth Dampier his wife has here-
          unto set hands and seals the day and year above writin

          Justice of the Peace in and for said County Elizabeth Dampier wife
          of John G. Dampier who separate and apart from her husband
          says she signed and executed the within deed free and voluntarily
          without any fear or complusion of husband or any other person
