          Alachua County   ) This Indenture made and executed this the 16
          day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hun-
          dred and fifty between Henry Swenny of the State and County a-
          foresaid of the first part, and J.W. Thomas of the second part,
          Withesseth that the said Henry Swenney for and in consideration of
          the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said
          Henry Swenney J.W. Thomas the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
          knowledged hath granted bargain sold conveyed and delivered
          and by these presents doth grant bargain sell convey and deliver
          unto the said J.W. Thomas his heirs and assigns all in the County
          aforesaid, and known and described as the North East quarter
          of Section Eleven, in Township  Eleven, South of Range twen-
          ty two East, containing one hundred and fifty nine acres, and
          ninety eight hundredths of an acre, to have and to hold the said
          before described premises with the rights and appurtenances thereto
          belonging heir the said J. W. Thomas his heirs and assigns forever
          in fee simple. And the said Henry Swenney for himself his heirs
          executers and administraters and will forever warrant and defend
          the right and title and thereto against the claims of all persons what-
          soever In Testimony whereof the said Henry Swenney has hereun-
          to set his hand and seal the day and year above writen

          Ava C. Swenney the wife of Henry Swenney the subscriber to the
          foregoing deed who being examined by me separate and apart
          from her said husband doth on oath declare that she did
          of her own free will and accord sign the said foregoing deed with
          intention thereby to release all right and title unto and of the
          track or parcel of land by the said deed conveyed
