                                   Know all men by these presents, that I, Abraham
          Mott, of the County and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the
          Sum of six hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Bennett M. Dell,
          Also of the County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby
          acknowledge, do by these presents give , grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
          the said Bennett M. Dell a certain Tract of Land situated in the County
          and State aforesaid and described on the maps in the Land office
          at St Augusttine as the South west quarter of section twelve, Township
          seven, Range eighteen South and East, containing one hundred and fifty
          eight acres and sixty eight hundredths of an acre together with all
          the previledges and appurtenances to the said Land in any wise apper-
          taining and belonging.  To have and to hold the above granted premises
          to the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns to his and their use
          and behoof forever, and I the said Abraham Mott do covenant with
          the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
          in fee of the aforesaid granted premises, that they are free from all incum-
          brances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said
          Bennett M. Dell as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs, executors and
          Administrators warrant and defend the same to the said Bennett M. Dell
          his heirs and assigns forever against the claim and demand of all persons.
                        In Testimoney whereof I the said Abraham Mott have hereunto
          set my hand and seal this the 11th day of May and in the year of
          our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.

          County of Alachua)  Know all men by these presents that I Eliza Mott
          wife of the aforesaid Abraham Mott, grantor in the forgoing deed
          of conveyance of real estate to Bennett M. Dell do hereby renounce
          relinquish and release all my rights of dower in and to the lands &c
          in said conveyance unto Bennett M. Dell granted in consideration
          of one dollar to me in hand paid by the said Bennett M. Dell,
          the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge.
                   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
          this the 21st of March 1853 and in the year of our Lord one thousand
          eight hundred & fifty two
