          Alachua County   ) Covenant entered into between Moses E. Levy of
          the City of St. Augustine, St. Johns County Florida Attorney in fact for
          Serifina Chauviteau of Paris France and Joseph D. Levante on
          the one part, and George Leitner of the State of South Carolina
          Fairfield District on the other part Witnesseth: that the said Moses
          E. Levy has this day sold unto the said George Leitner for the sum
          of Twenty one thosand dollars two lots of land in the Chacalla
          and Tuscawilla hammocks being lots Number eight and nine
          situated between Lot Number Seven 7 owned by Dr. Harrison
          and Lot No ten 10 containing each Sixteen hundred and sixty
          six and two third acres(1666 2/3) lying and being within the Twenty
          thousand acre grant originally made to George I.F. Clark and
          by him sold to Juan Entralgo, and by him sold to Moses E. Levy
          of the County and State aforesaid, said grant being situated
          within the Grant to Arredonda, payment to be made of said pur-
          chase money in the following manner that is to say said Leitner
          is to pay unto said Levy the sum of Seven thousand dollars twelve
          months after date with interest from date, the remaining fourteen
          thousand dollars to be divided into three equal parts, and to be
          made payable in Two, Three, and four years from the date with inter-
          est from date, Condition that an extension of four months is to be
          given if demanded by said Leitner on each and every payment
          as it becomes due,  This Covenant further witnesseth that the said
          Moses E. Levy doth for himself and his heirs covenant and agree
          with the said George Leitner that he the said Levy or his heirs
          shall and will make out a complete title in fee simple to, and con-
          vey and assure in possession to the said George Leitner and heirs
          forever free from all encumbrances on that tract or parcel of land
          as heretofore described upon the payment of the purchese money
          as above spacified or at any time that said Leitner may think                     
          proper to pay the same before the payments become due as above
          mentioned. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
          affixed our seals this the second day of December in the year of our
          Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one
