          is also the will and testament & proof thereof of the said

          Alachua County  ) To wit:          
                                 Know all men by these presents That we
          Saml W. Burnett Elijah Barrow & L.M. Scarborrogh are held and
          firmly bound unto Thomas Brown Govenor of the State of Florida
          or his successors in office, in the full sum of three hundred dollars;
          for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we do hereby
          bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and seve-
          ally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our Seals, and dated this
          third day of May A.D. 1853.

          The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas; the
          above bound Saml W. Burnet was on the twenty fifth day of April
          A.D. 1853, duly appointed Auctioneer for the County of Alachua
          in said State: Now, if the said Saml W. Burnett shall well
          and truly perform all the duties of his said office, as
          prescribed by law, then this obligation to be void; else to remain
          in full force and virtue.
