Alachua County Know all men by these presents that we
Charles L. Wilson and Lydia Wilson his wife of the County &
State aforesaid have this day for and in consideration of the
sum of Seventy-five dollars to us in hand paid by Zelphy
Stanley the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, bargained
granted, sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents
doth grant bargain, sell alien and convey unto the said
Zelphy Stanley her heirs and assigns forever the following Real
Estate viz, all that tract or parcel of land known as fourth
half of lot number two (2) of section Fourteen Township
Eight (8) S Range Eighteen (18) situated in Alachua County
State aforesaid The said Zelphy Stanley her heirs & assigns to
have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of land and all the right
and appurtenances as thereof forever in fee simple. And I the said
Charles L. Wilson for myself and my heirs and assigns do covenant
and agree with the said Zelphy Stanley her heirs and assigns to
warrant and defend the quiet and peaceable possession of the
tract or parcel of land to the said Zelphy Stanley her heirs and
assigns against the lawful or equitable claim or claims of
any person or persons whatsoever. In testimony whoseof was
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this 11th day
of April AD 1853

Alachua County Personally appeared before the undersigned
and acting Justice of the Peace, in and for the County of
Alachua Lydia Wilson whose name is affixed to the within
deed, and being examined by me separate and apart from
the presence of her husband acknowledged that she of her
own free will and accord, and without being influenced either
by the threat promises or coertions of her husband, signed
executed and delivered the within and foregoing deed for the
purpose therein expressed
