This Indenture made the twenty second day of March
           One thousand eight hundred and fifty three between Alexander
           Muir, Ann C. Muir Charles J. Coggill, and Gloriana M. his wife,
           late Glorianna M. Cooper, Eliza C. Muir Susan A Muir and James
           Sandford Trustee of Glorianna M. Coggill and James S.
           Sandford Trustee of Susan M. Muir of the first part, Hen
           ry G. Marquand of the City of New York of the second part,
           Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in
           consideration of the sum of fourteen hundred dollars lawful
           money of the United States of America, to them in hand paid
           by the said party of the second part, at and before the enseal-
           ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
           acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised
           released conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant
           bargain, sell alien, remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the
           said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns
           forever. All these lots peices or parcels of land, being part
           of the Arredondo Grant in the State of Florida, and being known
           and described as follows viz, First Section Number 8(eight)
           in Township Number 10(ten) in Range Number 19(nineteen)
           Containing 640(six hundred and forty)acres more or less
           Second Section Number 11(Eleven) in Township Number 9(nine)
           in Range Number (18)Eighteen) containing 640(six hundred and
           forty acres more or less Third Section Number 24(Twenty
           four) in Township Number 12(Twelve in Range Number 19
           (Nineteen)containing 528 74/100(five hundred and twenty eight,
           seventy four one hundredths)acres more or less
           Together with all and singular the tentments, hereditaments
           and appurtenances as thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
           and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders
           rents issues and profits thereof. And also all the estate, right
           title interest dower and right of dower, property, possession
           claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
           the said parties of the first part of, in or to the above des-
           cribed premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the ap-
           pertenances  To Have and to hold all and singular the above
           mentioned and described premises together with the appurten-
           ances unto the said party of the escond part his heirs and
           assigns forever.  In Witness whereof the parties of the first
